July 23rd 2010 marks the release of Frantic Jack's highly anticipated Debut Album "Independence" For several months now the band have been working hard both in rehersal and in the studio to put together a record that fully shows the bands diverse range in styles. According to the band the wheels are certainly in motion and its all aimed at this summer, specifically July 23rd. "We've begun the process of putting everything together for the summer.

As far as the album goes its just a matter of getting back in the studio for another week and mix the tracks. As soon as thats done we'll be very close to having the record ready for the shelves. The album is nothing like what we've done before but something that we've been wanting to do for a long time.

The Irish Tour is one of the biggest things we'll be doing this summer. Starting on July 31st and running for 6 weeks we'll be playing venues across the country to give everyone a chance to come and check us out live. We've already booked shows in upwards of 15 counties included on the tour and we're aiming for a few more. We've had great support all over the country but up to now haven't gotten to certain towns and cities but all that will be rectified on this tour. 

We've got a great team behind us for the album with Louise and Ceol Pr and also as always a great group of friends and family behind us that supports us to the hills. We're also going to release our 3rd single this summer. We had two top20 singles last year and we're aiming to go even higher with our next one called "Hold On" which is the lead track from the album" All in all things are shaping up for huge time for the band this summer and it will be the best Frantic Jack seen to date.
